We offer thoughtful, hands on guidance from the moment you book in, helping you navigate decisions with confidence and ease throughout your planning journey. This also ensures our team is on the same page from the get-go by the time your big day arrives and you can be fully present in the experience.


Price Ranges from
$900 to $3500*

- Initial meeting with the couple  
- Unlimited meetings/calls with full support from the moment you sign up and leading up to the wedding day
- Access to our wedding planning and budget spreadsheet
- Access to our exclusive use of hired items
- Assist in creating detailed run sheet of the day
- Assist in collecting DIY decor items for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, transporting them to and from locations *
- Lead Coordinator to assist with Wedding rehearsals and the day of the Ceremony + Reception 
- Staff members onsite at the Ceremony for setup, guest services, and optional assistance with music via phone.
- Staff onsite at Reception for Set up & Styling 
- Lead Coordinator to liaise with vendors before, during the event, and create a vendor timeline 
- Pack down DIY/personal items and return them to you
